I don't want to defend Lucescu, I don't know what's in his head. I know that in the winter, Lucescu had conversations with the president of Dynamo: "What do you think you're going to do next? What is your perspective? What do you think about the next coach?". There were some conversations about this. Now Lucescu has a valid contract for another year and three months. That is, this season and the next. No one knows whether he will leave, but none of Dynamo's management will encourage his resignation. It's not about money, it's about the work Lucescu has done at Dynamo.
Before the season, it was said that you need to trust the youth and the players do, but these young people are not up to the level of Dynamo Kyiv! It is not possible to invite strong legionnaires, and it makes no sense to invite legionnaires of approximately the same level as Dynamo's youth. Lucescu will look for a way out of the situation. His words at the press conference are a sign that Lucescu is already tired.
Dynamo has a limited number of players and limited variability. And in such conditions, Lucescu has to decide whether he is ready to continue working or whether he will leave room for those who will try to get out of this situation. I think that Lucescu hopes that he will be able to make another team that will become a champion and then go on vacation," Tsyganik said.
