"Anatoliy Tymoshchuk decided to sue the UAF to return to the history of Ukrainian football. The ex-footballer has already filed a lawsuit with the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne.

The defendant in the case is the UAF, which, due to Tymoshchuk's continued cooperation with the aggressor country, stripped him of all his titles, coaching license and removed him from the official national team register for life a year ago. The case will cost approximately 100 thousand euros for each of the parties, including all procedural stages. Funds that would be better spent on football development...

Earlier, Tymoshchuk lost appeals in all domestic instances. His interests in Lausanne will be represented by Bulgarian Georgi Gradev, who has worked with Zenit for many years. It is worth adding that last year the sports arbitration court already rejected the appeals of the Russian Federation to suspend clubs and the national team from international competitions, "Burbas wrote on his telegram channel
