Romanian Interior Minister Lucian Bode, who oversees Dinamo Bucharest, hopes that Dinamo Kiev coach Mircea Lucescu will return to the Romanian club after the completion of the new stadium.
"Mircea Lucescu told me: 'I am waiting for the new stadium to come back to Dinamo Bucharest. I think he said it very seriously," Bode said in a commentary to Sport.ro.
