Bosnia and Herzegovina made one last substitution towards the end of the match: B. Tahirovic replaced M. Stevanovic in the 74th minute. Slovakia also made two substitutions in the 90th minute: S. Lobotka was replaced by P. Hrosovski and L. Haraslin was replaced by M. Bero. Despite all efforts Bosnia and Herzegovina could not score a single goal and the match ended 2-0 in favor of Slovakia. It was a close game between the two teams, with Slovakia coming out on top.
