The French national team has won two opening matches in the Euro 2024 qualifiers.
According to Stats Foot, the Tricolors have demonstrated their best start in World Cup and European Championship qualifiers in almost 40 years. Didier Deschamps' men beat the Netherlands (4-0) and Ireland (1-0). The last time the French managed to win two opening qualifying matches was in 1984. Then the team took third place at the 1986 World Cup.
