On Wednesday, March 29, Dynamo players held a regular training session ahead of the match of the 19th round of the Ukrainian championship against Lviv. The game will start on Sunday, April 2, at 13:00, and will take place at Lviv's Skif Stadium.
The first part of the training session took place in the newly opened gym at the club's base in Vita-Litovska. The physical training coach Vitaliy Kulyba provided the players with a lot of interesting and varied exercises. The players of our team practiced their endurance, reaction and improved their muscle conditions.
After that, the players and the coaching staff led by Mircea Lucescu moved to the training fields, where they continued their training.
It should be noted that the goalkeeper of the White and Blues, Denys Boyko, continues to work on an individual program. Instead, Heorhiy Bushchan has already worked out in the gym with his partners today.
As for Dynamo's national teams, Oleksandr Karavayev, Denys Popov, Serhiy Sydorchuk and Vitaliy Buyalsky have already returned to Kyiv and had a full training session today.
Ruslan Neshcheret, Anton Bol, Anton Tsarenko, Kostiantyn Vivcharenko, Reshat Ramadani, Kahim Perris and Samba Diallo will arrive in the near future. Similarly, Dynamo U-19 players Artem Benedyuk and Ihor Horbach.
