Details: It is noted that the court made its decision on March 30 "after a careful consideration of all the case materials, taking into account all the evidence and arguments presented by the defense."

According to Zhevago, the decision of the French court "confirms that the case against him is political and has no legal basis."

A UP source in the law enforcement agencies confirmed that such a decision was made by a court in Chamber.

"Ukrainian Pravda" turned to the State Bureau of Investigation and the OGP for a comment.

We will remind: The extradition request for Zhevago's extradition was submitted by the Ukrainian side, in particular, the Prosecutor General's Office and the State Bureau of Investigation as part of the investigation into the criminal proceedings on the embezzlement of the Finance and Credit bank.
