The Argentinian showed fans a photo of the tattoo he made, which depicts Lionel Messi with the World Cup, as well as the date of the final match in Lusail against France and the inscription "Who told me that magic does not exist?"

After seeing pictures of the tattoo, Messi shared a video on his Instagram and wrote: "I've seen a lot of amazing things done to me about the World Cup, but to have a colleague, a friend like Nicolas Otamendi do this tattoo is something special."

The 35-year-old defender was quick to respond with gratitude, adding: "What you've seen is nothing compared to what we see playing with you. You are not just a whole country, you are the history of this sport. I love you my friend.”
