Dynamo players managed to take the advantage from the very beginning. In the opening minutes Karavaev shot dangerously from long range, but the Bilo-Syni`s defender was not accurate enough. The same thing applied to Sidorchuk, who a few minutes later decided to check Rybka, but again above the goal. It seemed that a goal to "Lviv" was just a matter of time, but... Closer to half time, the hosts managed to level the game. Moreover, Anatoliy Bessmertniy's charges began to lead positional attacks more frequently. But Nesheret was solid in those episodes.
But the first scoring chance in front of the net was created by Tsarenko and Benito. After a cross into the opponent's penalty area, the Nigerian midfielder received the ball and shot from the goal line - the ball flew over the crossbar. Then, there was more. On 37 minutes, Lonwijk could have opened the scoring after a simple wall-to-wall combination with Sidorchuk, but the ball got in the way... Benito, who essentially blocked the Dutchman's shot.
Near the end of the first half advantage of Dynamo was overwhelming. Literally every minute there were dangerous moments at the gates of "Lviv". Most memorable were two episodes involving Vanatay: first, after a feed from the left flank by Shepelev, the forward hit his header - the ball just missed the bar, and after a moment Vladyslav`s goal bar hit from long range.
After the break Dynamo continued to play at first number one and, logically, managed to transform its advantage into a goal. Shepelev and Vanat played perfectly on a free-kick: midfielder passed to the forward and Vladislav shot from the bottom - the ball flew past Rybka - the ball was 0:1. 0:1! This goal only strengthened the total advantage of Kyiv on the field. In the next minutes Lucescu`s team almost did not allow the opponent to run into the counterattack - Nesheret only once or twice got into the game.
Vanat, who was one of the best players for the Bilo-Syni in this match, could claim the double, but twice the Lions were saved by the home team`s defenders after a shot by the forward. However, Ramires dotted down the game! After a pass from Garmash the Venezuelan shot from the center of the penalty area into the corner of the goal - 0:2! 0:2! A confident win for the capital club!
It must be recalled Dynamo will play its next match in the Ukrainian championship on Saturday, April 8. Mircea Lucescu's team will face Minay. The game kicks off at 13:00.
