Former FIFA referee heads Lviv children's sports school

The Karpaty sports school for children and youth will be headed by renowned football referee Yuriy Mozharovsky.

Today, during a meeting with Lviv Mayor Andriy Sadovyi, he discussed the school's prospects and opportunities for football development in the city.

- Yuriy Mozharovsky, a former FIFA referee with 137 matches in the Ukrainian championship, including 10 matches of the Ukrainian elite classic Shakhtar vs Dynamo, will be the new director of the Karpaty sports school. Yuriy Mozharovsky has been recognized as the best football referee in Ukraine three times. "I would like to thank the school's director Andriy Shandor, who is moving to another job also related to the development of football in our region," said Anton Nikulin, head of the Lviv Sports Department.
