The Kyiv Court of Appeal will not hear Pavelko's case. The reason is known

Well-known journalist Kostyantyn Andriyuk reported the news about the court proceedings in the scandalous case of UAF President Andriy Pavelko.

"A hearing was to take place today in the Kyiv Court of Appeal. On the appeal of UAF President Andriy Pavelko against the court decision to remove him from his duties as UAF President until May 13, 2023. Not enough! But it did not happen. Because Andriy Pavelko's lawyer said that the head of the UAF is now... sick with covid.

So tomorrow, while on a video call with the delegates of the UEFA Congress, Andriy Pavelko can safely say: "Dear UEFA representatives:

• No, there is no criminal case against me.
• No, I am not under arrest!
• No, the court has not banned me from leaving Ukraine.
• No, I have not been removed from the post of UAF chairman.

I am just... sick with the coronavirus. That's why I can't attend the UEFA Congress meeting live. And you, most importantly, do not forget to vote for an honest and transparent candidate!" Andriyuk wrote on Telegram.
