Uranian journalist Roman Bebeh commented on The re-election of the defendant Andriy Pavelko to the UEFA Executive Committee.
"I will share with you my emotions about Pavelko's re-election to the UEFA Executive Committee. I felt something like that last time when the elections of the President of Ukraine were held and Victor Yanukovych won them. At that time there was also a huge disappointment. I was a student, but those emotions were very deep.
For a long time I haven't followed any positions so closely, in order to think what was going to happen next and how. For me, it undermines absolutely all the canons of UEFA. This structure is impotent, a structure that does not follow, that does not keep a hand on the pulse, does not monitor, does not "shoot back" at all, what is going on. Because all the people in Ukrainian soccer are well aware of the chaos this is all about.
However, the fight goes on, friends. I think this story is not over. With Andriy Vasyl'ovych, it will be more interesting for us, journalists, and we congratulate him," Bebekh said.
