On Saturday, April 8, the match of the 20th round of the Ukrainian championship will take place, in which Dynamo Kyiv will face Minaj at the Valeriy Lobanovsky Stadium of the same name.
Given that our rivals gained professional status in the 2018/19 season, the history of meetings between Dynamo and Minaj includes only seven official matches: twice in the Ukrainian Cup and five times in the Ukrainian Championship. In all the matches, Dynamo won, conceding only one goal to the Zakarpattia team, scored by Robert Hegedosh, who no longer plays for Minaj.
In the current roster of the Transcarpathian team, there are only two players who have scored against Dynamo while playing for other clubs. These are defender Dmytro Nemchaninov, who scored for Kyiv in the 2013/2014 season as a member of Lutsk's Volyn, and forward Yuriy Kolomoyets, who scored a double in the 2016/2017 season in the white and blue shirt of Poltava's Vorskla.
Dynamo sent 17 goals into the Minaj goal: 12 in the Ukrainian league and 5 in cup matches. Among Dynamo's top scorers in head-to-head matches with the Transcarpathians are Mykola Shaparenko and the current winger of Spanish side Girona, Viktor Tsygankov, who have three goals each. Mikkel Duelund, who is currently playing for Danish side Aarhus on loan, scored twice in the Minaya goal.
Denys Garmash, Oleksandr Andrievskyi, Benjamin Verbych (who left our club), Serhii Sydorchuk, Carlos de Pena (who also does not play for Dynamo), Vitalii Buyalskyi, Eric Ramirez and Gerson Rodriguez (who plays on loan for Al Wehda from Saudi Arabia) each scored one goal. The former Croatian center back of Zakarpattia, Mislav Matić, once scored an own goal in this match.
3 - Shaparenko;
1 - Garmash, Andrievsky, Sydorchuk, Buyalsky, Ramirez.
