Veres head coach Yuriy Virt addressed his players on the camera of the Trendets program after an unsuccessful start to the spring part of the Ukrainian championship.

We have a tendency: we concede the same goals, we don't finalize every time, we have no reliability behind us. For two years, we had reliability behind us, we played to the hilt, and now I don't see that, only words from Kogut and beyond. There is no leader on the football field, like Stepanenko at Shakhtar, like Sydorchuk at Dynamo. A leader is someone who can overcome any setbacks. And here, no one is responsible for anything, they just come in, put their heads down, and there is no competition. There is still competition for two or three positions, those people are trying, the rest are just like that, they play one game and fail two. So it came to this, and it's my fault, I didn't create competition, I was wrong, and I was very wrong," Wirth said.
