English journalist Dean Jones reflected on the feasibility of the costly transfer of Mykhailo Mudryk from Shakhtar to Chelsea.
"I just don't think Mudrik was ever needed by Chelsea. And now that they've spent so much money on him, they need to find a role for him in the team and make him work.
It's really hard, but at this early stage, I'm not really worried about it. From a player's perspective, he needs time to get used to English soccer, and we won't see the full effect from him until the start of next season," Jones wrote in his column on GiveMeSport.
