However, they failed to break through the defense of Fiorentina. Lech Poznań made three substitutions in the 76th minute: N. Kvekveskiri, M. Ishak and M. Skoras replaced A. Souza, A. Sobic and A. Ba Lua. Fiorentina also made two substitutions in the 78th minute: G. Bonaventure and A. Cabral were replaced by G. Castrovilli and L. Jovic. In the 83rd minute, L. Ranieri from Fiorentina received a yellow card. In the last minutes of the game Fiorentina made two more substitutions: R. Mandragora and J. Brekalo replaced A. Barak and R.
