The fate of winger Sadio Mane in Bayern Munich could be decided by his teammate Leroy Sane, whom he allegedly punched in the face after the Champions League quarterfinal match with Manchester City (0:3).
According to Bild, Leroy Sane appealed to the Bayern board with a request not to terminate the contract with the Senegalese. The club, which was considering a number of penalties, decided instead to disqualify the 31-year-old for this weekend's Bundesliga match against Hoffenheim and impose a fine.
