The Guarantee Board of the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI) has granted Juventus Turin's appeal against the decision to remove 15 points from the team in January in the current Italian championship as part of an investigation into a fictitious capital gain.
However, this verdict cannot yet be called final. The Federal Court of Appeals of the Italian Football Federation (FIGC) will now reopen the case.
Meanwhile, Juventus, thanks to the recovery of 15 points, are moving up to third place in the Italian league table, two points behind runners-up Lazio and 16 points adrift of runners-up Napoli.
