Arsenal hosted Southampton in an exciting match at the Emirates Stadium in the Premier League. Southampton took the lead in the first half when K. Alcaraz scored just a minute into the game. Arsenal struggled to adjust, and in the 14th minute, T. Walcott scored again for Southampton. But Arsenal fought back and G. Martinelli scored in the 20th minute to bring the score to 2-1. There were a lot of yellow cards in the match: K. Alcaraz and R. Perrot were sent off for Southampton and K. Walker-Peters and O. Zinchenko were sent off for Arsenal. Southampton made an early substitution in the 41st minute: J. Bednarek was replaced by D. Kaleta-Kara. Before the break, Arsenal's O. Zinchenko was also given a yellow card. Nelson came on in place of Martinelli in the 85th minute. Southampton's R. Lavia also came on as a substitute in the 86th minute, replacing I. Diallo. The match ended dramatically, with two late goals for Arsenal. M. Odegaard scored in the 88th minute, and then B. Sack's goal in regulation time brought the score to 3-3. Diallo received a yellow card in the last minutes of the game. Despite falling behind early by two goals, Arsenal managed to salvage a point in this exciting Premier League match. Southampton put up a decent resistance, but in the end were unable to last all 90 minutes.
