- "Today I saw a lot of great moments of counter-pressing, which is very important for us. This has never happened before. I think we have started to work on this component more clearly. We feel that we have added something that was not there before. When you play solidly and aggressively, and defend with a positive attitude, that can be a starting point.

It feels like we used this component for the first time this season. It happened late, but I hope it's not too late, and now we need to build on it.

But the most important thing in football is our results. We fought against the odds and got three points. My players are not stupid. They understand that we were not perfect, but they are very happy with this victory," said Jurgen Klopp.

It will be recalled that after 32 rounds, Liverpool is in seventh place, with 50 points.
