German soccer legend Andreas Brehme accidentally showed his naked wife to fans (PHOTO)

The triumphator of the 1990 World Championship as a member of the German national team Andreas Brehme found himself in a juicy situation when he accidentally showed his naked wife while greeting a fan.

Andreas Brehme was recording a birthday greeting for a soccer fan. At one point, the 62 year old former soccer player was distracted and accidentally pointed the camera at his naked wife of 56 years, Susanne Schaeder, who had just come out of the shower.

According to Brehme's wife, the incident happened last summer when the couple were vacationing on Lake Garda in Italy. Andreas himself admitted that he didn't realize his naked wife was in the video until his loved ones started calling him to tell him about it.

"We only realized it when more and more friends started calling. I have no idea why it only came out now. Someone must have put it online. Honestly, I didn't even realize the moment was on video at the time."

Brehme also had a humorous reaction to such an incident.

"But now the whole world knows how great my wife is! It shouldn't have happened, but I can laugh at myself. In the future, I'd rather let Susanna make the video herself," Brehme was quoted as saying by Bild.
