The sports director of the German Football Association Rudi Feller commented on the contract for a friendly match with the Ukrainian national team, which will be the 1000th in the history of the German national team.
- Thanks to the 1,000th international match of the national men's team, the GFS can look back on an eventful history. "Weserstadion offers the perfect setting for this special anniversary game, through which we can not only show our support for Ukraine, but also provide very concrete help and collect donations," said Feller.
