Aston Villa faced Fulham in a Premier League match at Villa Park. It was a tense game in which Aston Villa only slightly outclassed Fulham and won 1-0. Despite some attempts by Fulham to tie the score, they failed to score and the first half ended 1-0 in favor of Aston Villa. Traore all received suspensions. In the end, T. Mings' lone goal was decisive for Aston Villa and brought them all three points. It was a hard-fought win that will certainly give them some much-needed momentum in the Premier League.
