Borussia Dortmund has announced on its official website that it has extended the contract with team captain Marco Royce. The German forward's new deal runs until June 2024.
"I am pleased to extend my contract for another year. I've always said that I didn't want to play for any other club in the world except Borussia," the Bumblebees' press service quoted the 33-year-old as saying.
This season, Royce played 20 Bundesliga matches for Dortmund, scoring six goals and providing four assists.
