The first half ended with Manchester United's second goal in the 44th minute courtesy of M. Rashford. The second half began with Tottenham determined to get back into the game. Their efforts paid off in the 56th minute when P. Porro scored, much to the delight of the Tottenham fans. Manchester United received a yellow card in the 59th minute when W Lindelof was cautioned.
Both teams made substitutions in the 61st minute. Tottenham brought on Richarlison in place of D. Kulusevski, while Manchester United made two substitutions: K. Eriksen replaced Fred and J. Sancho replaced A. Marcial. In the 71st minute, Manchester United made two more substitutions: Anthony was replaced by W. Weghorst and A. Van Bissack was replaced by T. Malacia. Tottenham also made two substitutions in the 77th minute when I. Perisic came on in place of B. Davies and P. Porro was replaced by A. Danjuma. Tottenham were determined to equalise and their efforts paid off when Son Heung-Min scored in the 79th minute. With the score at 2-2, both teams were looking to score the winning goal. However, no more goals were scored in the remaining minutes of the match, and the game ended in an impressive victory for Tottenham. Overall, the match was fiercely fought, with both Tottenham and Manchester United showing their prowess in attack. Throughout the match, the fans were in suspense, with both teams showing their fighting spirit. In the end, Tottenham's comeback proved to be an outstanding achievement, with Tottenham achieving a 2-2 draw with Manchester United.
