Review of the match Crl Palace v West Ham United:
The Premier League match between Crystal Palace and West Ham at Selhurst Park was an exciting one. Both teams showed excellent attacking intentions and the match saw seven goals scored, making it one of the most productive of the season. West Ham opened the scoring in the 9th minute with a goal from T. Soucek, but Crystal Palace responded quickly when J. Ayew was sent off for celebrating in the 15th minute, causing a slight hiccup for the Eagles. However, they continued to attack and were rewarded in the 20th minute when W. Zaha scored a stunning goal to put the hosts ahead. Just when it looked like Crystal Palace would go into halftime, West Ham equalised thanks to M. Antonio's goal in the 35th minute.
However, J. Schlupp gave Crystal Palace the lead with a goal in the 30th minute. In the second half, both teams continued to attack and in the 66th minute, Crystal Palace earned a penalty kick that was converted by Eze. But West Ham did not give up and quickly scored their third goal of the evening in the 72nd minute courtesy of N. Aguerd. In the final minutes of the game, both teams made substitutions to try and change the scoreline. O Edouard came on for Crystal Palace and almost immediately scored, but his shot hit the post. West Ham released M. Corne instead of M. Antonio and held on for the win. Overall, it was a fantastic display of attacking football from both teams and the fans at Selhurst Park enjoyed a feast of goals. While Crystal Palace will be disappointed that they could not hold on to their lead at half-time, West Ham will be delighted with their win.
The next round of fixtures will see Tottenham v Crl Palace and West Ham v Man Utd.
