Review of the match Kryvbas - Oleksandriia:
The Premier League match at the Metalurh Stadium between Girnyk and Alexandria was an exciting one, with both teams performing well, but in the end the win went to Girnyk with a 2-1 scoreline. The first half saw very few clear-cut chances and it ended without goals for either side. The closest the teams came to a denouement when Girnyk's M. Lunev got a yellow card in the 41st minute, which ultimately proved to be costly for the player and his team. The second half started with Girnyk player D. Khomchenovskyy receiving a yellow card in the 46th minute, and Aleksandriya player K. Sikheev - in the 50th minute. However, it was Girnyk who sealed the win in the 65th minute with a goal from T. Stetskova.
Oleksandriya tried to get back into the game with two substitutions on 73 minutes - V. Voloshyn to D. Miroshnichenko and M. Mikhailenko substituted E. Mustafayev. However, it was Girnyk who extended their lead in the 81st minute thanks to a fantastic goal by A. Mykytyshyn. Alexandria tried to get back into the game, with D. Skorko replacing I. Matiushenko on 83rd minute, but it was not enough to break Girnyk's lead - 2-0. In the 90th minute, Oleksandriia managed to get on the scoresheet thanks to a consolation goal by Dmytro Miroshnychenko, but it was too late for the visitors. As a result, Girnyk took all three points and strengthened their position in the Premier League, while Oleksandriya will regret the missed opportunities. Nevertheless, both teams showed great football for their fans and the game was a confirmation of the quality level of play in the league.
