Journalist: "There are two teams in Ukrainian football that have no budget. There is money, there is no budget".

Journalist Mykhaylo Spivakovskyy spoke out on the programme "TaToTake" about the budgets of the leaders of the first league - Karpaty and Poles'ka who are contenders for entry into the Ukrainian Premier League.

"I have the feeling that there are two teams in Ukrainian football who have no budget. They have money, they have no budget. These are Polesye and Karpaty. There are tasks - global and local. You go to the president's office and say: "We need to do this". And in response you get: "No questions, but if it`s very expensive, we`ll think".

The owner of the Lviv club Volodymyr Matkivskyi is very focused on results, while for the president of Zhytomyr Gennadiy Butkevych, Polesye is the main project of his life.

"Karpaty and Polesye are the classic example of oligarchic football, where everything depends on one person, but there are different examples. For example "Metalist" - no desire, no money. There is "Zorya", where there is no desire to spend money. But here there is a desire and there are opportunities, this is a real strengthening of the UPL," - said Spivakovskiy.
