Salernitan responded with numerous substitutions, including D. Bradaric, T. Villena, K. Piatek and P. Mazzocchi, but it wasn't until the 84th minute that they managed to score. B. Dia scored the equaliser for Salernitana and the match ended in a 1-1 draw. There were late substitutions for both teams in the match, with Salernitana's F. Danyluk being replaced by M. Lovato in the 86th minute, while Napoli's S. Lobotka was replaced by G. Simeone and A. Z. Anguissa was replaced by T. Ndombele in the 89th and 90th minutes respectively. The match took an unexpected turn in the 90th minute when Salernitana player P. Souza received a red card. Despite the numerical advantage, Napoli failed to take advantage of the situation and the match ended in a draw. Both teams played well throughout the match but neither side could take the lead. The match showed great football and was an interesting spectacle for the fans. It will be interesting to see how both teams perform in the upcoming matches.
