Larin took advantage of the situation, cutting the deficit to 3-1.

Carrasco coming on in place of M. Depay and Coque being replaced by S. Niguez in the 79th minute. Shortly before the end of the match, an own goal by Atletico Madrid's J. Fernandez in the 86th minute brought Valladolid a second goal. However, Atletico Madrid remained in the lead with a goal from M. Depay in the final minute of the match. Overall, Atletico Madrid produced an impressive performance, showing why they are one of the best teams in La Liga. Valladolid, on the other hand, will be looking to improve their position and bounce back in the next game.
