Famous Ukrainian TV presenter Igor Tsyganik described the current level of financial incentives for opponents in Ukraine.

"Now we have no football, but chess. And it is a shame... The sum of UAH 5 million did not just appear. This is an incentive. It is the amount of incentive that was given to one of Dnipro-1's rivals.
