Chelsea head coach Frank Lampard said that in the future he would no longer accept the role of interim coach.
- It's a difficult question to answer. It may seem like I'm being picky, but vacancies at this level are challenging.
When I came back to Chelsea, I took on the job with a big heart and the understanding that I would not be here for long. But my next challenge will not be temporary. In fact, I would like to be able to work somewhere where I have a chance to develop in the way I want.
I don't want to sound too picky about this. The difficulties I faced in my coaching career were a challenge, but that's life. I was lucky to have managed Chelsea twice. "Everton is a great club, and Derby is too. But maybe I will think differently when I move on," said Frank Lampard.
Frank Lampard is currently acting head coach of Chelsea. He was appointed to replace Graham Potter, who was sacked after a series of poor results.
