Chelsea forward Raheem Sterling commented on the team's performance this season.
"For me personally, this is one of the worst moments in my career. It may sound a bit strange, but it's also a great lesson. Such a challenge will only make me stronger, as well as our entire team.
It's not for me to give advice to the club, but my previous experience shows that the most important thing is to organise the process properly. It is important to have a coach who has the final say and to whom everyone will listen. My experience is that everyone in the club has to be on the same page," Sterling was quoted as saying by Sky Sports.
