Napoli fans sell 'champion grass' for €700

Napoli fans selling bundles of grass from the Dacia Arena in Udine, where Luciano Spalletti's side won the Italian league title.

After the final whistle of the match against Udinese (1-1), crowds of fans ran onto the pitch to congratulate the players. It turned out the fans not only wanted to hug the players and Napoli's coaches, but also cut off bits of grass and then carefully placed them into cellophane bags.

On Friday, 5 May, advertisements appeared on the eBay platform for the sale of "champion grass". The minimum amount is 100 euros and the maximum is 700 euros. The seller describes the condition of the goods as "brand new".
