As part of the 25th round of the Ukrainian Youth Championship, Dynamo U-19 from Kyiv visited Kryvyi Rih to play local Kryvbas, who were ranked 11th at the start of the match. Ihor Kostiuk's team, in turn, came into the game second.

It is worth noting that the head coach of Kryvbas U-19 is Vitalii Kosovskyi, who is well known to the fans of our club.
The first danger at the hosts' goal arose in the first minute when Ihor Horbach pressed Bohdan Khoma, but after a rebound from our striker, the ball went past the goal. Just a few minutes later, the striker and the goal came together again, and this time Igor failed to put Bohdan over from a slightly sharp angle.
The ball continued to come to Horbach often. In particular, in the episode where Nazar Balaba played very well in the selection - the nominal centre-back played in the place of a full-back in this game. By the way, Nazar demonstrated his ability to take the ball away more than once during the match.
Kryvyi Rih looked passive in their attacking actions. Perhaps their best moment in half time number 1 was a counterattack launched by Shevchenko and Kiliovyi. The latter's pass was picked up by Denys Ihnatenko.
Kyiv even scored in the first half - Bohdan Khoma, after a shot by Maksym Zorenko (who had previously received a yellow card for a foul in his own half), hit the ball directly to Ihor Horbach's foot, but our forward was offside.
Later, after Benedyuk's pass from the left flank, Maksym Vasylets scored from a great position - above the goal. And just before the teams went to the dressing rooms, Bohdan Khoma parried Zorenko's shot with his foot after he had passed down the right flank.
The second half also began with a threat from Kyiv. The loss of Shevchenko led to Slesar's release to the opposition goal, but his pass was inaccurate and not very convenient for Horbach, who hit the post.
And in the 54th minute there was a goal. Matkevych sent in a corner from the right flank, and after a mistaken discount from Vdovychenko, Oleksiy Gusev scored brilliantly from the fly.
The White and Blues could have doubled their lead almost immediately. Zorenko passed it straight to the feet of Horbach, who scored above the goal. And then only Khoma prevented Zorenko from scoring from a sharp angle, although later in the episode, the offside was ruled.
In general, Dynamo looked very aggressive in those moments. For example, Husiev's header after Matkevych's corner kick, now from the left flank, and Khoma's another save.
"In the second half, Kryvbas created at least a minimal threat for the first time in the 61st minute. Kilevyi made an individual pass, and Matiash shot straight into Ihnatenko's hands. In fact, so did Tatarenko from long range a little later.
The second half of the second half was played at a more relaxed pace. It was difficult to find one hundred per cent chances, but we note, for example, Salenko's not very strong shot from a distance immediately after coming on as a substitute. Kryvyi Rih, in turn, sometimes created the appearance of danger, but Ihnatenko definitely did not have much to do.
As a result, it was a minimal victory for our team.
