Oleg Salenko, former forward for FC Dynamo Kyiv, has shared his prediction for today's Champions League semi-final match between the Italian AC Milan and Inter.
"The semi-final between AC Milan and Inter is a clash worthy of a Champions League final. For me, it's a mystery who can defeat whom... I think both teams are now at about the same level. I wouldn't place any bets on the match. You just have to watch and enjoy the match. The only thing is that I do not think that a lot of goals will be scored at the San Siro on Wednesday. 0-0 or 1-0 in favour of one of the teams.
Again, this match is a mystery to me. In this game, no one will open up and get forward. If AC Milan win, it will be 1-0 at the most. "AC Milan are different in their team play. They have no clear-cut leader. Neither does Inter, though. I expect a rather flabby game on Wednesday.
In conclusion, I would add that, both in the first leg and in the clash in general, it will mean a lot who will score the first goal. We could be witnessing a 'catenaccio': whoever scores first will then close in and play to keep the score," SportNews quoted Salenka as saying.
