French Marseille head coach Igor Tudor has commented on his team's Ukrainian midfielder, Ruslan Malinovskiy.
"I agree with the fact that in the second half of the match against Lens, Malinovskiy had key losses on the ball. But, on the other hand, he was good in the game against Lyon.
In any case, I can repeat what I said earlier. We wanted to reinforce our team exactly with Malinovskyy, the kind of player - he is very technical, perfectly understands the game, and he has a fantastic mentality.
Of course, there is some pressure on him, but every football player must be able to adapt to that, especially because he came to us from the Italian championship. In any case, the transfer to big clubs has its consequences. But I believe in Malinovskiy, in his football, as well as in his human qualities," RMC Sport quotes Tudor as saying.
It should be recalled that Malinovskyi moved to Marseille from Italian Atalanta in early January. Since then the Ukrainian took part in 19 Provençal matches (he appeared on the pitch in the starting lineup on 13 occasions), and scored two goals.
