The match between Salernitana and Atalanta was one of the most memorable. In the first half, both teams played on equal footing and neither team was able to hit the goal line. However, it was Salernitana player A. Candreva who had the biggest impact on the game, coming off the bench in the 80th minute and helping to secure the win. There were also a lot of yellow cards in the game: Atalanta's G. Scalvini got one in the 49th minute, followed by Salernitana's M. Lovato in the 59th minute and M. De Roon in the 60th minute. Salernitana's L. Coulibaly also received a yellow card in the 76th minute. In the 65th minute, D. Zapata was replaced by L. Muriel for Atalanta but it was not enough to turn the game in their favour. Salernitan made three crucial substitutions: on 66 minutes, P Mazzocchi replaced G. Castanos, on 80 minutes E. Boteim replaced A. Candreva and, on 89 minutes, T. Vilhena replaced E. Bohinen. The winning goal was scored in the final minute of the game by Salernitana's A. Candreva, who only played 10 minutes. This goal secured the decisive victory for Salernitana and was a testament to the team's tenacity and determination. All in all, it was an exciting and tense game of football between two equal teams. Both teams fought hard but in the end Salernitana were victorious. They can now celebrate a well-deserved victory over their Serie A rivals.
