Bayer Leverkusen has announced on its official website the signing of Benfica left-back Alejandro Grimaldo.
The Spanish footballer's contract will run until June 2027. Grimaldo will join the Pharmacists as a free agent after his contract with Benfica expires this summer.
This season, Alejandro played 47 matches for the Lisbon Eagles in all competitions, scoring six goals and providing eight assists.
