The official website of the Ukrainian Premier League has completed its traditional poll to determine the best players in the Ukrainian league by the end of the month: in this case, by the end of April.
This time, the best player of the UPL was Dnipro 1 forward Artem Dovbik, who earned 38.8% of votes. He was competed by Artem Bondarenko ("Shakhtar") - 20.8% of votes, Daniel Alefirenko ("Chernomorets") - 20.1% and Eduardo Guerrero ("Zoria") - 15.2%.
Patrick van Leeuwen, the head coach of Luhansk Zoria, won the poll for the best UPL coach in April with 24% of votes. He was ahead of Oleksandr Kucher (Dnipro 1) with 23% of votes, Roman Hryhorchuk (Chornomorets) with 22.9% and Igor Jovichevych (Shakhtar) with 17.2%.
