Konstantin Zhevago

The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine exposed the judge on a bribe of 2.7m dollars.

According to ZN.UA with a reference to sources in the NABU, the money might have been received from people advocating a court ruling in favour of the honorary president of Vorskla, Kostyantyn Zhevago. The case in question is about the ownership of about 40% of shares in Poltava Mining and Processing Plant (PGOK) Ferrexpo.

In its decision, the agency left the said shares to companies related to Zhevago, cancelling the invalidation of the 20-year old purchase and sale contracts.
