Zorya Luhansk are keen to get Iranian striker Zahedi Shahab back into their ranks, having benefited from a FIFA interim rule after the start of the war to move on loan to Hungarian club Academia Puskász.
According to TaToTake, Zorya and Shahab are in talks to cooperate next season. According to the source, the forward will be ready to return to the Luhansk club only if it receives the right to play in the Champions League. It must be recalled, according to the results of the Ukrainian championship the two best teams in the championship will receive a ticket to the European Cup tournament.
At the same time, Shahab refused to give any details of the ongoing processes.
"At the moment I'm focusing solely on the game of my club Academia Pushkash, and when the season is over, I will make a decision about my future," FanDay quotes the striker.
To recall, Shahab moved to Zorya from Olimpic Donetsk in early 2021. The 27-year-old's contract with the Luhansk club runs until the end of 2024.
