Belgian side Brugge, whose colours are defended by Ukrainian striker Roman Yaremchuk, are again considering a change of head coach. Three rounds before the end of the national championship, the team are in fourth place and have long lost their chance of winning the league title.
According to Voetbalkrant, the Brugge bosses are unhappy with the performance of current coach Rick de Miele and have already had a preliminary discussion with French Monaco head coach Philippe Clément.
It should be noted that the 49-year-old has already coached Brugge, most recently from the summer of 2019 until the end of 2021. Clement is contracted to Monaco until the summer of 2024.
"Brugge have long been on the lookout for a coach with whom they can meet their objectives: since Clement's departure, the club have appointed four specialists - Alfred Schröder, Karl Hufkens, Scott Parker and Rick de Mille.
