Chelsea head coach Frank Lampard expressed his opinion on Manchester City midfielder Kevin De Bruyne.
"I have always liked Kevin's game. I admired him when he was a Chelsea player and we were team-mates, and now he looks like a first-class midfielder. When I think back to his time at Chelsea, we mostly played a 4-2-3-1 formation at the time and I played a bit deeper as one of the two back sixes. Kevin fought more for the position of a ten or one of the two wingers. So I wouldn't say we were really competing for a place in the side, but you could see his qualities.
Kevin is a fantastic player and he has been Manchester City's best player over the last few years. He will definitely be one of the threats we will have to take into account," said Kevin De Bruyne.
