Juventus have been stripped of 10 points. The club drop from 2nd to 7th place in the Serie A table

The Italian Football Federation Court of Appeal has ruled that Juventus Turin should be stripped of 10 points in the current Serie A season. The reason for this penalty is a fictitious capital gain.

As a result, Juventus have slipped from 2nd to 7th place in the standings of the current Italian championship.

They are now five points adrift of the Champions League, two points adrift of fifth place and one point adrift of sixth place, guaranteeing a place in the Conference League. All the teams have two games left in the tournament.

It should be recalled that Juventus were stripped of 15 points in January, but the club managed to have that verdict overturned on appeal. However, new evidence then emerged in the Juve case and the investigation was reopened.
