Eddie Gau: "Newcastle is well ahead of schedule"

Newcastle's head coach Eddie Howe commented on the team's entry into the Champions League and the club's progress this season.

- Of course, this is not what we were aiming for. Remember that last season we avoided relegation. We were hoping to add and stay out of danger. We also hoped to grow as a team to compete for a few seasons to get to Europe, so we are way ahead of schedule.
