Garcia took the place of P. Ciss and R. Falcao respectively. However, there was still time for more action as A. Catena and N. Jackson received yellow cards in the final minutes of the game. In the end, it was Rayo Vallecano who defeated Villarreal 2-1 in this memorable encounter at the Estadio de Vallecas.
