Former Ukraine coach Andriy Shevchenko and current national team player Oleksandr Zinchenko met Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in Kyiv.
The visit was part of the organisation and preparation for the Game4Ukraine charity match in support of Ukraine, which will take place in London on 5 August. Shevchenko and Zinchenko initiated the match.
The aim of the charity match is to raise funds for the reconstruction of the Mykhailo-Kotsyubinsk lyceum in Chernihiv region, which was destroyed by the Russian occupiers at the beginning of the war against Ukraine.
