Tottenham winger Ivan Perisic wants to return to Inter Milan after a poor season in North London, according to Tuttosport.
According to a source, the 34-year-old regrets his transfer to Tottenham and has already discussed a possible return to the Giuseppe Meazza with Milan CEO Beppe Marotta. However, his salary of €6 million a year may prevent the Croatian player from joining the club. The Nerazzurri also have good options on the left flank in Federico Dimarco and Robin Gossens, and only if the German leaves, Ivan may have a chance to play for Inter again.
It will be recalled that a year ago, Perisic joined Tottenham, led by Antonio Conte, as a free agent, but his season with Spurs was disappointing. The Croatian scored one goal in 44 matches in all competitions.
