Jose Mourinho: "We lost the game, but we didn't lose our dignity"

Roma coach José Mourinho commented on their defeat to Spain's Sevilla (1-1, 1-4) in the Europa League final.

"We felt the pressure against a team with more talent than us. We lost the game, but we did not lose our dignity. I am going home with a sense of pride. Even when I was winning, it wasn't as strong. We worked hard on penalties but we did not score twice, although the missed opportunities were not just in the 11-metre shoot-out.

Congratulations to Sevilla. But at the same time, I also want to congratulate my boys. They should go home with peace of mind and be proud of what they have achieved. These are my boys from Budapest!" the official UEFA website quoted Mourinho as saying.
